Day 3: This project is growing!

Thanks for all your support! We all love President Hinckley, and he will have a special place in our hearts forever. I’ve been amazed at the numbers who’ve subscribed to this project already! They list just keeps growing! See for yourself:

Today I’ve been working on both the website and the music. I’ve been working to compose an original piece for the album, as well as an arrangement of “Our Savior’s Love”. 

I might be able to work out some way to get another song out to you too as a bonus. We’ll see…

   I have written many songs (amature) that are based on talks by President Hinckley. Can you look at them and see if any inspire you. The last I wrote, I got a thank you from his secretary the day after he died. I am grateful that he read it.
   We believe that our Heavenly Father is near.
   He has sent us here, with fam’lies so dear.

   Let earth and hell combine against us.
   We know where to trust, For His laws are just.

   We’ll not fear, but believe that we are His flock.

   I started writing poetry and songs when my son left on his mission. I just woke up one morning a few days after he left and started writing. A mission is a blessing that is very far reaching. Musical people are very busy. Good luck to you
